Myocardial Ischaemia – ECG lead correlation

No Comments on Myocardial Ischaemia – ECG lead correlation

INTRODUCTION

  • For ST/T wave changes to be consistent with myocardial ischaemia, they have to be in contiguous leads adjacent to a localised segment of the heart
  • Find the correlation between lead placement and the corresponding anatomical region of the myocardium
