Transfer to RAH Burns unit
- Major Burns
Admit ICU admission
- Moderate burns and intensive fluid management or respiratory care required
Admit under Plastics Unit
- Moderate Burns
- Requiring special nursing care
- Special situations (see below)
Discharge with Plastics clinic follow-up
- Minor burns

These will usually need admission, always consult.
