- Loss of consciousness/Amnesia
- Chest pains/Dyspnoea/Palpitations
- Severe headache
- Vertigo/Ataxia/Incoordination
- Aura/Incontinence/Tongue biting (see Seizure)
- Chest pain/Dyspnoea/Haemoptysis
- Haematemesis/PR bleeding/Malaena
- Infection symptoms
EXAMINATION
- Fever
- Tachycardia
- Hypotension/Postural hypotension
- Decreased oxygen saturation
- Blood on PR exam
- Cardiac murmurs/Small pulse volume
- Focal neurological signs
- Cerebellar signs
